Who called me from this phone number (407) 715-0000

Said I had an outstanding bill with Duke Energy and if I didn't pay it the power would be shut off in 30 minutes! I asked what address he had-address was from a house I owned 20 years ago! When I said that, he hung up. I have tried to call back to "DUKE ENERGY" and it goes straight to voice mail. Scum of the earth people!!!
