They called me to say they represented Hertz and were trying to collect money on a damaged rental. They did have my name and the rental date. They left a message. I called Hertz and there was no issue with the car I returned or any claim against me. So, this is definitely a scam. I've reported them to the Attorney General's Office of the State of NY, the AGs office in Florida and the Federal Trade Commission. I have also contacted the Winter Park Sheriff's Department.
