Text message. Very generic saying they needed to square up payment for the mortgage protection I got. I explained I do nothing over the phone. To send in certified mail. Then they said they just needed to finish the process with some more information. (Change of story). I texted back to say that they could send me any information through certified mail to my house. They already had all of my information so I would not confirm anything i.e. my address, etc. They then tried to call me and I declined informed them. I was not going to answer, once again, said to send it in the mail, then they sent me some random tiny URL link that I did not click on, and texted again that I would not click any links or deal with this over the phone or email or text. Requested them to send me any information through certified mail, they quit responding.
