Claimed they would sell my timeshare for a steep fee

I've received frequent phone calls from 407-801-0940. I finally answered if only to ask to be removed from their list, and the caller told me I was eligible for a rental income opportunity for my timeshare. It sounded too good to be true (they would pay me $1500 for each week I sold back to the company), so after I asked several questions he transferred me to Frederick, callback number 407-574-7849. Frederick explained the program for Orange Lake/RCI members, and stated the only catch is I would need to pay an upfront transfer fee of $299 per week, which I would recover from the $1500 per week when they were sold. I took his name and number and advised I would call back if interested. I have found NO information to confirm this is a legitimate program from other RCI owners, employees, or Google/net. After googling the number, it appears it's licensed by an LLC who is linked to other telemarketer/scam calls. Buyer beware.

Have received many calls from this number. Info says "chi" or something similar is the caller. We do not answer as we do not know name or info. My mother is an 89 yr old lady who doesn't need this continued calling. She is on the DO NOT Call list in MS.
