Who called me from this phone number (407) 565-8662

Rude. Called but did not leave a msg. I called back & asked how did he get my name & my #...he said he had an "in-house" list..whatever that means...How is that in house list generated? Asked me what kind of job was I looking for? Told him I was not & he hung up on me....I BLOCKED the number immediately.
