Received several calls threatening legal action to a last name I haven't used in over 10 years. Trying to collect a charged off debt, I assume because I currently do not owe on anything that is past due. So definitely a collection agency that is breaking all kinds of collection rules and I am sure a few laws, as well.

Keep receiving calls from 407-564-8756 ever other day. Called the number back first two times line went dead. Third time I told them to stop calling me. Told them they are looking for different person!!! I guess I see if it stops!!
