Michelle Smith called asking for the President by name (Google search). As I asked questions, she continued to mute on her end. She replied back very quickly to every question with things like, "I can hold", "it's a personal matter", "when is a better time to call?" When she realized she wasn't getting through, she hung up saying she would email him. She'll have better luck calling us again. We aren't this selective about lettng people through just because.
Same lady calls every single day from this #. Tries to pretend she knows the owner, even though she calls him by a name he does not use. When I tell her he's not in she goes "what's his cell # again, I left it in the office"? I tell her I cannot give out his cell & why doesn't she leave me her #. She then gets rude & says "exactly who am I speaking with".Like I will get in trouble, yeah right. I tell her & then ask here what company she is with & she replies "I am calling from Jacksonville". Even though the ID says Orlando. I say "Jacksonville is not a company & she hangs up. Tired of this everyday.

Got a call from Chris asking for my Boss. When I told him Mr Boss was out for today and tomorrow, he asked for his cell or to talk to Mrs Boss. I asked 3 times what company he was calling from and the reason for the call. He refused to tell me, but then said it was a "security issue" and needed Mr or Mrs Boss. Again I asked for the company name and got a very muffled "Security Center" - Note! - The only reason why I know the company name is because I made him say it slower 3 different time! Chris, if you are reading this, YOU WILL NEVER GET PAST ME TO MR BOSS! TAKE US OFF YOUR LIST AND I DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM "SECURITY CENTER" AGAIN, BE IT YOU OR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE!
