Who called me from this phone number (407) 479-7257

Caller stated he was with Humana Healthcare. He called me by name. Humana never calls from a local number, AT & T also alerted me to Fraud Risk . Apparently this guy is a known scam/fraud entity. Beware... do not give any information.
