Who called me from this phone number (407) 449-1700

Got a call and they left a voicemail. The woman couldn't even pronounce half the words on her "tell them this" sheet. She claimed to be calling about LA housing during Covid, but 407 is an Orlando, Florida, prefix. She then told me to call 833-373-0587, that doesn't appear to be a real number.
