Beware, this is a robo call where they somehow manage to use a local number but in reality they are bill collectors calling from somewhere else to harass. The voicemail they leave says to call them back at 757-975-8025. I really think that it should be illegal to fake the number you are calling from and somehow this practice should be stopped by some kind of law regulation. Whatever happened to 1-800 numbers??? The reason they are masking their number with a fake number is because they know people do not have time to be bothered by 800 numbers whether the call is from a bill collector or a telemarketer/sales rep. Also, the messages they leave should be illegal as well, I mean, are they pretending to sound like detectives where they threaten the call receiver with their place of employment and also say that there is a pending complaint against the call receiver? They are doing this to intimidate people and they need to be stopped. Their process of collecting a debt should be just that and they should not be allowed to harass or threaten people, I believe a call or message like these can cause someone a serious health issue. Also, they have been spying all the phone numbers that are stored in your phone's memory and they call these numbers to ask for you, this has got to be illegal as well.
