Said he was from _____ company, and my number had been selected to receive a $7000 grant from the government due to the ARRA act. Refused to repeat the name of the company. I asked why the government would not send me a letter of this information with a check and inquired what information they had on me. He said an address I have never lived at and called me by a man's name (although I repeated several times that I have always been a woman). I told him that if he was from the government, he would have my correct information and certainly know the name the money was to go to. I told him to stop scamming people.
