Got a call from 4074264114?
Called saying they were from Enhanced Medical something calling for Humana about my prescriptions. I balked when they requested "for verification" my DoB and my address and said I could verify their connection with Humana and call back. I called the Humana fraud/waste/abuse number; agent who took my report called them and got their story, but had no information confirming that they are associated with Humana, and that my file had no notes indicating anyone was calling me. I call this suspected fraud.
Got a call from this phone number stating they were from Humana in reference to my prescription medication. They asked for DOB & mailing address verification. When I asked for a little more clarification as to why they needed this info they refused until I answered their question. I refused to go further with conservation & she stated we will call you back & hung up.
