Who called me from this phone number (407) 217-9500

This is just one of the numbers that a person, calling herself Jessica, calls from. she is stating that I submitted a request for a medical alert button which is totally untrue. I get a call at least once a day, each time blocking the number she is calling from. The next day she calls from a different number. I have asked to have my number removed from their data base to no avail. These calls are beyond annoying. I wish I could get her personal number so I could give her a 3am call.
