from "Process Division" - says "since i was unable to contact you by phone, i will pursue you through your place of business or your residence..... blah blah..... 2 separate matters, please contact us at 406-797-7188.... heard what sounded like a child in background

The 786-605-5868 number that initiates the call is coming from Miami. The name of the owner appears as Bernetta Parthemer, NW 133rd Street, Miami, Florida, but I was not able to locate this person.
This is a Robo call that we receive daily, but through another number 786-605-5868 asking to return the call to 406-797-7188 Process Division for case #VLW2553 - for someone by the name of C. Rodriguez, who we don't know. This sounds like a scam.
I just received a call and they left a horrible message with a child in the background. Again, same as other comments....threats to get me at work and home for 'pending matters'. People need a new hobby.....
Same as others are reporting, very threatening, "pending matters," will pursue employer etc.
Left message threatens to pursue us at our place of employment. I know this is against the law. I am not working so go ahead.
