Just got a call from this person stating he had a client looking to purchase in my area, when he mispronounced my local city, I questioned him on it. He quickly hung up on me.
Just also received a call from Jim Allen who had a buyer interested in my area and if I would be interested on this lead. Very brief. Very rude. Googled his number and found this. Don't waste your time!
Called back, voice mail says Jim...as above messages. So I blocked.

This number keeps calling me and is identified by my Robo Killer on my photo they call daily and I am on the national do not call list!!!
Selling leads to real estate agents, won’t identify his company, unclear on terms, just wants credit card number, got defensive when asked questions and hung up.
