I was called by someone calling themselves Paul Everett, from the pre-legal dept, claiming that "You're being listed on record as an emergency reference for (my ex), also claiming that all laws, federal & state will be followed, according to the paperwork that's been signed, sealed & stamped by a notary. He stated he's not sure exactly why I'm being linked to this case file but that they need to contact (my ex) before all distributions can be released to all listed parties & families. He said he would be in his office until 5pm today but didn't leave a call back number, just his name??
