I received a call from this [405-938-0161] number stating "raising funds to help government officials get the medical care they need. If [we] send you a return envelope what can we count on for your contribution?" I told him that if he'd release his address, I'd be happy to send him a return envelope - [to pay for MY medical bills]" but he hung up on me.
