Who called me from this phone number (405) 855-1595

They called telling me I had won! Money and a car! I gave them little info and the told me to verify, since I wouldn’t do it online, that I had to go to dollar general to get a code. When I asked where the code was coming from he told me I had to purchase a $200 moneypac card, I hung up ! He called 4 more times, I took phone off hook!
