Who called me from this phone number (405) 695-7678

Received a call from 405-695-7678 trying to sell me Health Ins. I stated I already had health Ins. and to remove me from their list. She said that she had to give me her entire sales pitch before she could add me to the Do No Call list. I'm already on the Do Not Call list!!
