Said I had a legal case against me from California from 2016, they said I fraudulently wrote a bad check after getting a loan with Ace Cash Advance. I had so many problems with that bank at that time, I went through so many cards because apparently someone kept receiving my cards and activating them and using them. They said they would send a Process Server to where I live, that they would track me down. Very threatening. Said they have a signed Affidavit from Ace Cash Advance. Why are they sending mail to an address I don't live at anymore

I called them back and told them to fuck off...

Said there were 2 cases against me and since they couldn't reach me they were moving forward with the next step. Threatening. I owe no money to anyone and have been the victim of this type of scam before. Not falling for it again. I blocked the number

Don't answer! They will leave a vm saying they are going to press charges. Don't bother calling them back..it's a scam.

Call very aggressive call not for my name

They keep leaving a message that I have to respond immediately to resolve an issue. Each time it is that I have to call today.

This person/number has been calling for several days. States there is an order... I must contact to remedy the matter... Part of the call that states your name is a pre recorded. Any number that cannot be traced back to a legitimate business is probably a scam.

Leaves message in a threatening tone as if Legal papers were going to filed if I did not call them back..

Called and said that they had some BS order against me. Then had the guts to blatantly ask for my SSN and birthdate. Just another scam artist among the millions who are too lazy to work. Luckily for me I work in a prison with plenty of retail frauds so these people will show up in here sooner or later.

Has called 4 different people associated with me YEARS ago with aggressive tactics as other comments.
