did not answer, left voicemail call threatening auto warranty cancellation if no response without punching #1 to keep warranty or punching #2 to agree cancellation.
I keep getting calls from 4056898681 asking “David pratt to reach them it’s urgent” my uncle is dead. This number calls the whole family.
Got a call from 1-405-369-8427. However, my cellphone immediately notified me of a potential "SPAM" call and to report the call. I didn't answer the phone.
Said I had a legal case against me from California from 2016, they said I fraudulently wrote a bad check after getting a loan with Ace Cash Advance. I had so many problems with that bank at that time, I went through so many cards because apparently someone kept receiving my cards and activating them and using them. They said they would send a Process Server to where I live, that they would track me down. Very threatening. Said they have a signed Affidavit from Ace Cash Advance. Why are they sending mail to an address I don't live at anymore
Just said this is a recorded phone call. I asked, "for whom?" and they hung up.
