Who called me from this phone number (405) 358-2131

Lady stated she was with National Disability and I told her my number is on the "DO NOT CALL LIST AND DO NOT EVER CALL ME AGAIN..UNDERSTAND?" She indicated they would take my number off of their list. Thank God I read that calls coming from this number are a SCAM or SPAM RISK!!
