On 1/26/18 10:26am (15m call) i received a call, the first guy was nice sounded black, transfered to a second guy who was nice sounded white, transferred to the last call, to some white little piece of shit of a employee, the little bitch definitely not a man and wouldn’t run that shit he talked if i saw him in public. Wasted my time, trying to insult me and talk rude to me. All because i didn’t want to make a payment for renewal of coverage! (Is that really how your employees deal with customers that deny coverage) But i could only laugh and politely get off the phone!
