This is an absolute scam. The creators are another racketeering group from India or Russia, using internet phones to extort money from Americans. Tell them to do something vulgar to themselves, should you answer the phone.
Called today, and 3 days ago. Voice mail message is identical, right down to crackling on the line. Someone claiming to be calling about our property, our real estate property. Gives a call back # different from the number the call came from. Clearly a scam.
