Called 3x in October. I did not answer. They do not leave messages.
This call came at almost 9PM, claimed to be from the MSR Group (which is a real survey group located in Omaha, NE). Wanted to know my opinion of local banks and who I banked with and what I liked about them. Finished call by verifying only my first name and zip code. Other websites claim this number is used by other survey groups as well as people claiming to be collecting on bills. May be a scam, or just a common VoIP number.

Called twice within 5 minutes. I don’t answer unknown numbers and they didn't leave a message, so obviously it wasn’t important, just spam. Glad I’m on the Do Not Call list. What a joke!
