Who called me from this phone number (402) 556-7890

402-556-7890 is my phone number. Someone spoofed my number. My phone company carrier Century Link said there was nothing they could do to stop this other than to change my number. I have left a voicemail message telling the caller that my phone number has been spoofed and to block my number.
