Who called me from this phone number (402) 429-9622

I am on the Do Not Call register (I've reregistered in the past 3 months). Today I received a robocall from an unidentified entity who wanted to talk about my credit cards. I have no outstanding credit card debts and have not in the past, so I knew it was a fishing expedition and hung up.
