Complaints about Phone Numbers402-300-####

Received call, call immediately went away. I called the number, the VM message said all agents are busy and to leave a message. I left a message, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP and hung up. Called again, the same response was received, the same message was left. I called a third time, the same response was received, the same message was left. I'm so tired of these calls, likely for the HEALTH PLAN, I receive five or six of these a day. I've spoken to a couple of the reps, they said I signed up online. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING ONLINE. I also have a GOOGLE phone number I used for business in the past. I have no clue what that phone number might be. That phone number is receiving the same calls I receive on my cell phone initiating from the same number. I KNOW I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR "ANYTHING" ONLINE WITH THAT PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW THAT PHONE NUMBER. If politicians wanted to do SOMETHING/ANYTHING for US citizens, they'd take care of these robocallers and put them out of business.
