Yes. I blocked the number. i don't answer calls or texts from people who are not in my contact list. This caller left a message. Since I already determined that it was a bad caller, I didn't listen to the message and deleted it.

This came in with the ID Walgreens. I let it go to voice mail and a message was left inviting me to schedule a flu shot at Walgreens. It did offer a call back number to be removed from automated calls in the future: 844-924-7733. I have received some flu shots and pneumonia shots from Walgreens and am in their rewards program, so this might be legit spam.
They called and tried to make me pay a hospital bill!! Obviously these are scammers calling trying to steal your money and identity!!

Walgreens corporate headquarters is located in Deerfield, Illinois. So unless you live in Nebraska, this would OBVIOUSLY be a spam call, don't do whatever it is that the caller wants you to do.
Got a call from Walgreens, telling me to get my flu shot. That's none of their business, this is spam and harassment!. QUIT calling people, if they want a flu shot they know where to get it. They don't need REMINDED!!
