Who called me from this phone number (401) 661-9271

SCAM!! Non stop calling. If you call back the number it's a machine that ends in a high pitch noise. I answered, they claim they have money they owe You, even after I told them that they are speaking with the wrong person. And then proceed to ask personal identifying questions.
