Who called me from this phone number (401) 561-8724

I live in Rhode Island and this number is an RI area code. This number is calling me incessantly. The Caller ID says "Town Sq Energy" I am not a home owner so I am not sure how I got on their list at all. I even put my number on the "Do Nit Disturb" list last week but apparently they didn't get the message, lol.
