Who called me from this phone number (401) 496-7621

We have the same experience. The caller ID might say "P.partners" or "P-partners", but uses multiple phone numbers ... and never does anybody speak when phone is answered.

Caller ID says P-Partners. No one on the other end & it hangs up after about 10 seconds. This # calls about 7 times a week.
