Who called me from this phone number (401) 293-4832

I'm assuming its a scam as they left a voicemail stating its Jessica Banner from the processing department. She doesnt mention from where. She also said that she has good news about my student loans. I did just start school but it seems fishy.

a recording from the " processing dept" , regarding a change federal regulations . they leave another # to call and give a ref # . When you call the other # , its about student loan debt. I don't have a student loan
