Dynamic recovery solutions. Google says they are a legitimate debt collection company. Buy old debts up to 20 years old. Harass people, send lots letters and call a an can sue people. They keep changing their number.im now blocking any 401 call. Called 18 times in a row within 3 minutes. INSANE
