An automated person for Blue Cross asking if I wanted information on free medicare programs. I found it disturbing that you would get an automated call for this and they have your name.

Just got one of these calls myself. It was bad enough that I got a live-person call doing a survey of Blue Cross customer service one day after actually speaking with BC customer service. Now this robocall purportedly from BC? What the hell is Blue Cross doing - besides aggravating their customers. May be time to switch insurance company.
