Who called me from this phone number (386) 438-2725

Received a deceptive robocall (voice saying, "...how are you doing today?", pause, and then follow up of "that's good") from this line. Caught the robocaller when I responded with a question that wasn't answered. Heard something about medical treatment before I hung up.
