I received a call today (01/26/2022) from them regarding a Bank of America account I closed @ least 15 yrs ago owing nothing when I closed it. I realized BOA eased up, if not outright dropped some fees they charge. That doesn't mean they can collect on a paid off account that was closed in 2005 w/o owing anything.
