these are technicians that obviously left the computer help companies and took our names and phone numbers to scam. Unfortunately local law enforcement cannot do anything and I have reported to the FBI and received no feedback. Looks like you are on your own.

I got a text from this number for a purchase I didn't make. I was shopping for a similar item online so this makes me think they are violating privacy laws, too, by illegally tracking my activity on my computer.
