Room reservations for quality inns & suites. Jamestown New York. Their phone cuts out while making reservations then these folks call back pretending
Wasn’t able to place reservation on Booking.com, was redirected to these numbers 885-374-0300 and 833-992-3136 and after being on hold for almost an hour (with brief, intermittent updates of “still processing”) I realized I/we were being scammed. (Having been in Customer Service the majority of my adult life, you don’t leave a client / customer on hold for almost an hour with intermittent updates of “still processing” per the female Rep. Thankfully I called her our, told my husband we need to go to the bank NOW … Yeah, we were almost wiped out.
BIG TIME SCAM! I didn’t realize this was a scam until I was left on hold for a extremely long time with the female operator telling me to “hold as your card is being processed” - yeah to the tune of $2,500.00!!! I told my husband straightaway and went to our bank. Debit card canceled. Sitting here hoping our account hasn’t been wiped out! ????????????
Called me waiting to pay for the hotel room right now when I hung up provided to call me 3 more times
They tried to book me a couple nights at a hotel I was familiar with in NYC. Asked me to pay a ten dollar fee, declined, they have my card number and now im trying to replace everything. Person on the phone was rude, pretentious and deserves any repercussion for his sinful work.

Scam! Associated with Reservation Counter. This is a company that intercepts information and reservations from Booking.com. Then they charge you $9.99 and calls it their booking fee. Call your bank and have charges reversed if they do this to you.

Ended up being directed to this number when trying to call a Hyatt Regency. Operator picked up and said they were a 3rd party reservation desk. I immediately apologized and said I had the wrong number realizing this was not a legit number. The proceeded to call back leaving voicemails that said they would continue to call me back.
