Calling about a credit card or some type of service dealing with a credit card. Hard to understand as English may not have been their primary language. No call list doesn't seem to stop them.
Called twice within one hour, did not leave message. I blocked the number.

Voicemail caught part of what the robocaller said: that my loan application is almost complete and that I should call their underwriting office for help. I haven't applied for a loan in years. The SAME recording has come from a few different numbers.
