It's a call center offering their services for credit card payments. Said their name was Richland or Richmond Credit Card Services. I could tell that they were definitely using a soundboard. I got a person that when asked to state their business acted stupid, like they didn't know what I was saying.
Not just one call, but several every single day of the week for sometime now.
Called at 11:07AM on 7/9/24! Missed call! Do not know anyone at this phone number!
