This number comes up on our business phone as v2131715230. But upon further investigation the caller id revealed the actual number. I have tried to call it to be asked to be placed on a do not call list, but number does not accept incoming calls. We are receiving a high volume of calls from this number.

I use a google phone with call screen and this is the message: replied to notice that you have received in the mail regarding your vehicle service contract. I don't drive, so no car so how this is not a scam/fraud. I didn't bother answer that call & hang up. I bet this is also a spoof #.
