Scammer called on behalf of nonexistent attorneys. Lame scare tactic to try to get your personal information, SS# etc.
This number 352-900-3849 has called me numerous times but does not say anything. I tried to call the number back but blocked by Verizon.
Received today...Michael is a busy guy he is...been doing it for sometime it looks life from above...same voice message as above. Call came up with no Number just as "Restricted"...that's a red flag not to answer. Voicemail message same as others posting.
Received the same call this morning. We do not have any debt so I'm 99.9% that this is a scam. I used to work as a collector for a major bank and we were taught that leaving a voicemail the way he did is illegal. Michael also left a reference number as 20401 when I return his call. I get this message from the same person usually 1 or 2 times over 6 months.
I received a call from 352-900-2564, starting with, Hey, this is Michael, I just wanted to reach out...ASAP our attorney sent you some mail a couple of weeks ago, I don't blame you for answering the phone if you are receiving a number of debt collectors, our attorneys have been able to approve a consolidation loan, or garnishment, please call me back as soon as possible at..and he left the account number...
Got a voicemail telling me to call them back. The caller says "This Michael calling on behalf of The Attorneys". I believe It is a scam. I DO NOT HAVE any debt.
Same as everyone else. He doesn’t even identify who “the attorneys “ is referring to and that’s a problem. Any reputable business is going to specify which legal practice they are with

This is the second time this Michael has called claiming to represent some firm of attorneys, which he doesn't identify who they are. Looked up the area code: Florida. He claims to be able to help out with debt relief, which is a joke because there isn't any. I figured out this was a scam, so I took notes this time to report to the FCC. People like this guy are parasites on the butt of humanity trying to scare people, especially senior citizens.
