Who called me from this phone number (352) 489-1689

Caller ID said Penny Fleeger. It was a man, very obvious foreigner, said his name was Jim Smith and he was calling about my husbands outstanding credit card balance of over 15,000.00. My husband does not have any credit cards, and n online search shows this as an architect business!
