Numerous calls from “Alex” both male and female callers. They say they are representing Joel who is a home buyer in the area. They proceed to ask questions about the house (questions that are already answered in the FSBO Listing online.). When I asked female Alex, how many people worked for Joel seeking out properties, she said only herself. Definitely a scam.
I have my homes listed FSBO. 3 different people (2 men and 1 woman) identified themselves as Alex calling on Behalf of ___ interested in my house at ___ -- call them at 352-385-7643 . Sounds like a scam
Number calls regarding a listed house. Indecipherable “company name” and then mispronounces the town (easily pronounceable). This most likely a phishing scam!
