Called them back after repeated missed calls. I was forwarded to a "rewards department' where I was selected to receive a $100 retail voucher. After I asked what company I was speaking with, the lady on the other end said "rewards department". Yes, but for what company? "Family Services. Can I have your address please?" I asked her to hold for a second while I looked up their company online and she abruptly hung up. SCAM. Claimed to get my phone info because I participated in an online survey. Nope. Never.
