Who called me from this phone number (347) 991-6266

This phone number called my elderly parents stating that they were from Publisher's Clearing house and that they won money. I have advised them to NOT talk to anyone that I have stated they should not talk to. This number seems to belong to a Mr. Dave Sawyer.
