On 9/8/21 this number left a robocall voice mail claiming to be "a state agent of the US Dpt of the Economic Impact.. to inform those who owe back taxes about the new zero tax debt forgiveness program that is now open for enrollment [..] allows you to significantly reduce or eliminate altogether your federal back taxes. Call me back on my state assigned number 380-888-0984" I'd venture to guess this is a scam as I couldn't find any press releases mentioning a "federal tax forgiveness".
