Who called me from this phone number (347) 363-5257

Received a call from (347) 363-5257 on my home phone saying I'd won $5.5M via Publisher's Clearing House. They started to provide information and asked me to get pen and paper. We got disconnected. They called back (from same number) on my cell phone. They started providing information and finally got to the part where they wanted me to get a money card... SCAM!!!!
