Who called me from this phone number (346) 389-7688

She gave this as the call back number. She offered to buy my property in Virginia. When I asked she said her company is Local Investors. I told her I was busy and asked for her number. She gave me a fake number in Texas, When I asked where she is located she hung up on me.
